Insane act

This dense black smoke wasn’t accidental, it was created by those people near by it. It wasn’t even a village so that we can consider it as illiterate act. This insane scene was seen in the town that too beside the busy main road. There was a police station and government hospital on the other side of the road. Neither the police nor the hospital management minded it.
On the other side, the range of pollution it was making the surrounding environment was un-expectable. Thinking, if a man can do this much of pollution in minutes of time, what the whole world can do? This question really blown up my mind. Think about it………!
